Insurance:

I do not bill insurance directly; however, I will provide you with a "Superbill" at the time of service for you to submit to you insurance company. This will have all of the information necessary for your provider to reimburse you. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Under the Forms Page a list of questions for you to ask your insurance company regarding coverage is provided for your convenience.

Fees

All Counseling Sessions are $150.00. A session is 50 minutes in length.

Reduced Fees

Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted as payment.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If notice is not received 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee.

Hours of Appointment

I am available to meet with clients Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 AM till 7:00 PM.
Some Saturday appointments are also available.
